It is that time of year when you say goodbye to an outstanding group of individuals, but cherish the memories, relationships, and standards that they have left behind. In just a few days our class of 2012 football players will walk the stage at graduation and become the newest alumni in the football family. Over their four year careers they have given so much to the university, staff, and each other. This group of men will leave Washington and Lee University not only with a diploma from one of the best institutions of higher education in the country but also with a 24-17 overall career record, an ODAC Championship, and having set a bar for our 2013 team to strive for.
As a staff we would like to thank each one of these players for everything they gave to our program:
5 Peter Alston
6 Mike Hartford
11 Charlie Westfal
13 Tate Davis
15 John Beriont
30 Taylor Malone
37 John Kavanagh
45 Rob Look
62 John Fitzgibbons
71 Phil Bassani
75 matt Benson
84 Spencer Richards

Your four years in the program were invaluable to us and the many achievements the program had during your tenure. We look forward to having you back at games in the future.
